What are your fees and how do I pay?
The standard fees charged by our rooms are in line with the Australian Medical Association’s (AMA) recommended fee schedule. This means that in most instances there will be a ‘gap’ between our surgical fee and what is covered by Medicare and your health insurance fund. In many situations, we also have a “known gap” arrangement with participating health funds which can help limit your out of pocket expenses.
We accept DVA Gold card holders, workers compensation, Lifetime Care, and offer discounts to patients with a valid pensioner card.

If you require more information, please do not hesitate to call the practice during office hours.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), EFTPOS, direct deposit, cash or cheque.
What should I bring?
Do I need private health insurance?
We accept patients with and without private health insurance, Department of Veterans Affairs patients, WorkCover and medico-legal clients. If you are visiting from overseas and have travel insurance, it is a mandatory requirement that all expenses be paid in advance by you (reimbursement for this fee can then be organised by you through your insurer), unless a guarantee of payment can be provided by the insurance company.
